SEEKING: GAY DESIGNERS FROM THE SOUTH

Are you a fabulous gay man from the South with a flourishing career in design? Can you turn a drab space into a stunning masterpiece? Do you take risks? Are you a visionary? Do you have a business that is established and known for possessing a unique style?

We are seeking big, out-there amazingly talented characters to be part of a real life gay version of the series “Designing Women”. We want a give an inspiring and entertaining glimpse into Southern Design with you and your design team as our guide.

If you live in South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, North Carolina, Georgia or Mississippi and you’re a fashion or interior designer who wants to show off your skills, we want to hear from you!

We are an Emmy award-winning production company starting research on a new nonfiction television series about gay designers living in the south. We want to know what it’s like to be a designer who’s also a gay proud Southerner.

HOW TO RESPOND
If you are interested in contributing, please send us the following:

1. A paragraph describing your career as a designer
2. A brief bio including your name, age, hometown and state (USA based only, please), relationship status, email and/or a contact phone number.
3. A photograph(s) of yourself and your work as a designer
4. Please feel free to include pictures of your design team and location if applicable.

All information submitted will be treated as strictly confidential. Please compile all your information in an email with the subject heading “Designer in the South” and send to us at eeicasting@yahoo.com.

Well. I think that's cool. I wanna be a fashion designer, along with my friends. We'd be like a group, wich would be easier to do and we'd have better opinions, and probably get more done faster...except....we are in 7th grade...I'm only 12. And so I'm definately NOT gonna be able to sell anything, much less get it made. But then again, I wanna be a singer, graphic designer, fashion designer, model, and yeah...but mostly a singer and fashion designer. I'm gonna be both someday. Right now it seems hard, but I think the 3 of us could get some things done. But we would have to wait for now
