Question: Are todays' ladies afraid to wear a pair of opera gloves in public? Why can't one pleasantly observe a lady sporting a pair of over the elbow opera gloves at Publix Supermarket, as she casually pushes her grocery cart along the aisles? Regrettably, ladies have a rigid negative mindset about opera gloves. If the glove industry is going to manufacture them, darn it ladies, wear them! Portly or skinny, pretty or not-so-pretty, young or old, tall or petite, go forward, ladies of America! Look pretty! Feel good about yourself! Strut yourself proudly in mainstream USA!</p>
