Phila. I think. It was off white $200. looked like ruffles or strips of 1" fabric, and lower portion was see through and it had pockets that looked like there were a little scooped and fringed. This is the best I can do of explainging as it was only on for a moment. I fell in love with this dress and would like to purchase it possibly. Where can I find it to try it on, or if all else fails how to buy direct. Is there a way to see it on this web site?
