I always have that fear too, that it won't remove waterproof stuff, and rubbing eyes for hours on end is just so bad for the sensitive skin around the eyes - that's what causes wrinkles. Clinique's remover has worked pretty well for me in the past, even though I have ditched it recently for the convenience of the makeup remover toilettes and pads. Would be curious to see if Just Release Me does the job it claims to do.
