We don't have a ruehl store in Washington state so I have never been, but I have ordered many items from the online website. The clothes and perfume are fantastic. My daughter wears her Ruehl stuff over and over. She especially loves the jeans. One thing I think maybe have doomed the company is that it is almost impossible to see the webpage, and then when you go to look for a specific article of clothing, it is hard to figure out how to look at all of the items. Plus there has never been a deal on shipping. It's always been expensive. In these economical times, especially, make it easy for the customer to spend money! I almost wanted to shout at my computer screen- Please, let me give you my money! when I couldn't figure out how to deal with an overly complicated website. Apparently they don't realize that older and less computer savy people buy clothes online for younger people. They should have taken a tip from Zappos, one of the best customer service and online friendly websites. Still, it's a shame. Ruehl has some really great clothes.
